1. Designated Agent

The following agent is designated to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

Ucode Copyright Agent
Attn: DMCA Notices
2 Frederick St., Kings Cross
London, United Kingdom, WC1X 0ND
Email: [email protected]

This designation is published so copyright owners can send statutory notices to Ucode. A matching filing should be maintained with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA designated-agent directory at copyright.gov/dmca-directory.

2. How to send a DMCA notice

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a written notice to the designated agent must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of such works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL or in-app location).
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Send notices to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”, or by post to the address above. Incomplete notices may be ignored.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. Counter-notification

If we remove or disable access to material and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Ucode may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

4. Repeat infringers

Ucode will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
